Wordle
The image above is the result of a cool new internet tool when applied to our blog. Wordle.net uses either inputted text or a quick site analysis to create an awesome visual representation of your site’s keywords. Each visualization is fully customizable, allowing you to change colors, fonts, layout, and more. Though there are plenty of wordcloud widgets out there (WordPress has a few itself) Wordle by far presents the most visually appealing wordcloud I’ve ever seen. Here’s the description from their site.
“Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.”
